About the Founder
Mike Foy brings over 10 years of experience in business operations, finance, analytics, and strategic leadership. He began his career in healthcare, solving complex data challenges and scaling organizations with automated solutions. He advanced through analytics and finance leadership to become a VP of FP&A and serve as a strategic consultant to executive teams. Building on this experience, he earned his MBA and supported private equity–backed organizations across all phases of growth, from early-stage founders to acquisitions and exits.
Throughout his career, Mike has collaborated across teams to connect operational data with board-level strategy, translating technical solutions into actionable insights. He founded ATALYTX to bring strong financial planning and analytics to companies that don’t yet have the right internal resources to build the tools themselves. His approach blends hands-on work with strategic guidance, helping growth-stage, PE-backed organizations scale and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
